 GOVERNANCE 

 

   LEADERSHIP and GOVERNANCE

 

MNSAA is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization. MNSAA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised mainly of representatives from the member schools. The Board of Directors is comprised of a maximum of nine representatives from the member schools, in addition to a maximum of three associate member representatives which may include post-secondary educators, educational professionals, or jurisdictional leaders.
